A Secretaria de Turismo e Viagens do Estado de São Paulo lançou a 4ª Rota Gastronômica, com os sabores e saberes culinários e produtos que se destacaram nas regiões turísticas Circuito das Frutas, Águas e Flores Paulista, Bem Viver e Roteiro dos Bandeirantes.
Durante a apresentação, transmitida pelo canal do Youtube da Secretaria, Carole Crema, chef de cozinha referência em confeitaria e madrinha da Rota, deu uma aula preparando uma Panacota e um Coulis de Frutas – morango e caqui – produzidos na região.
Carole lembrou que o programa Rotas Gastronômicas é uma ferramenta importante para revelar e valorizar os produtos regionais. “Minha maior inspiração é ter acesso a um repertório rico, é saber o que está acontecendo em todas as regiões. Precisamos mostrar nossos produtos aos quatro cantos do mundo. Esse programa é ideal para revelarmos as novidades”.
Para o documentário sobre esta rota foram selecionados 10 produtores e cinco estabelecimentos, de Porto Feliz, Campinas, Louveira, Lindóia, São Roque, Amparo, Americana, Santa Bárbara D’Oeste, Atibaia, Jaguariúna, Tietê, Vinhedo e Santana de Parnaíba. Eles contam suas histórias e processo de produção. Cachaças, queijos, suco de uva, sorvete artesanal de alcachofra, cerveja artesanal, linguiça, pamonha e goiabada são alguns dos produtos selecionados.
O programa Rotas Gastronômicas busca mostrar e promover os principais produtores e restaurantes de diversas regiões turísticas do estado. Até o final de 2022 serão sete rotas.
Clique aqui e conheçam os 30 empreendimentos que a equipe técnica da Setur-SP selecionou a partir de critérios como representatividade local, autenticidade, qualidade do produto e facilidade do acesso do turista à produção rural.
