A partir do dia 2 de maio, a Vigilância em Saúde, da Secretaria de Saúde, vai passar a emitir o LTA (Laudo Técnico de Avaliação) na forma on-line por meio do Portal de Atendimento da Prefeitura de Barueri. Hoje o serviço é solicitado presencialmente no Ganha Tempo.
O LTA é necessário para empresas que vão iniciar atividades com alimentação, cosméticos, serviços em laboratórios clínicos, manipulação de fármacos, entre outros. A Coordenadoria de Vigilância em Saúde realiza uma avaliação física funcional do projeto de edificação onde funcionará a atividade em questão.
Com o processo realizado on-line, a documentação necessária para a emissão do LTA impressa em papel deverá ser digitalizada (transformada no formato PDF).
Outros documentos integrantes do processo, contudo, já serão gerados digitalmente pelo sistema, inclusive com assinatura digital.
É importante frisar que o Laudo Técnico visa garantir a adequação da estrutura física e funcional da edificação onde será realizada a atividade em questão. Trata-se de assegurar a eficiência para o desempenho das atividades e a salubridade dos ambientes construídos.
Modernização e agilidade nos processos
A coordenadora da Vigilância em Saúde de Barueri, Rosana Perri Andrade Ambrogini, afirma que o processo realizado de forma on-line é mais um passo em relação à modernização da gestão pública.
“A dinâmica de desenvolvimento do trabalho passará a ser mais ágil, resultando em aumento na produtividade. Os processos poderão ser facilmente localizados e acompanhados pelos interessados, que não terão mais que aguardar atendimento presencial”, ressalta a coordenadora.
Rosana lembra ainda que o novo procedimento reflete também a preocupação com a sustentabilidade e preservação do meio ambiente, visto que não será mais necessária a impressão de nenhuma folha de papel durante todo o procedimento de avaliação e aprovação.
O novo procedimento é parte do programa “Barueri Sem Papel”, da Prefeitura de Barueri. Ele prevê a digitalização dos serviços públicos, como processos, atos e documentos (até então realizados em papel e arquivados), passando a ser eletrônicos. A partir de 2 de maio, o LTA não será mais emitido na forma presencial.
