A Justiça determinou que a adolescente de 12 anos que matou a amiga com um tiro na nuca em Taubaté (SP) seja internada. Caso aconteceu na última terça-feira (27) após um desentendimento entre ambas.
Ana Lívia de 13 anos foi encontrada morta em sua residência. As câmeras de segurança mostram a adolescente de 12 anos, que confessou o crime.
A jovem foi apreendida por ato infracional análogo a homicídio e levada para a Fundação Casa de São José dos Campos (SP).
A internação será provisória, com duração de 45 dias iniciais. Pela legislação, adolescentes podem ficar detidos por até três anos.
