A partir de segunda-feira (21/03), a Secretaria de Saúde de Cotia inicia a vacinação com a segunda dose adicional contra a Covid-19 – a 4ª dose – nos idosos com idade a partir de 80 anos. A vacina será aplicada em todas as 26 Unidades Básicas de Saúde (UBS’s) do município, de segunda a sexta-feira, das 9h às 15h. Não é preciso agendar, mas tem que levar documento com foto, comprovante de endereço e o cartão de vacina contra a Covid-19 (físico ou digital).
Para ser vacinado com a 4ª dose é preciso que o idoso tenha recebido a última dose há pelo menos quatro meses. A Secretaria de Saúde informou que a cidade tem um público estimado de 2.500 munícipes com idade a partir de 80 anos.
Todos os pacientes imunossuprimidos com idade a partir de 12 anos [veja abaixo], que tomaram a primeira dose adicional há pelo menos quatro meses, já estão recebendo a segunda adicional, desde janeiro. A 4ª dose também está disponível em todas as UBS’s. O intervalo entre a 2ª e a 3ª dose para os pacientes imunossuprimidos é de 28 dias, e, a partir daí a 4ª dose deve ser recebida depois de quatro meses.

Pacientes imunossuprimidos (12+):
3ª dose: depois de 28 dias da 2ª
4ª dose: depois de 4 meses da 3ª
Idosos 80+
3ª dose: depois de 4 meses da 2ª
4ª dose: depois de 4 meses da 3ª
Pacientes imunossuprimidos
– Imunodeficiência primária grave
– Quimioterapia para câncer
– Transplantados de órgão sólido ou de células tronco hematopoiéticas (TCTH) em uso de drogas imunossupressoras
– Pessoas vivendo com HIV/Aids
– Uso de corticoides em doses a partir de 20 mg/dia de prednisona, ou equivalente, por um período a partir de 14 dias
– Uso de drogas modificadoras da resposta imune como: Metotrexato; Leflunomida; Micofenolato de mofetila; Azatiprina; Ciclofosfamida; Ciclosporina; Tacrolimus; 6-mercaptopurina; Biológicos em geral (infliximabe, etanercept, humira, adalimumabe, tocilizumabe, Canakinumabe, golimumabe, certolizumabe, abatacepte, Secukinumabe, ustekinumabe); Inibidores da JAK (Tofacitinibe, baracitinibe e Upadacitinibe)
– Auto inflamatórias, doenças intestinais inflamatórias
– Pacientes em terapia renal substitutiva (hemodiálise)
– Pacientes com doenças imunomediadas inflamatórias crônicas
