Há mais de 25 anos Santana de Parnaíba realiza anualmente o espetáculo “Drama da Paixão”, que traz a representação da vida, morte e ressurreição de Jesus Cristo, em três dias da semana que antecede o domingo de páscoa.
Neste ano, já há grande expectativa e muito trabalho para o tradicional evento que acontece nos dias 6, 7 e 8 abril. Em um espaço cenográfico de mais de 15 mil m², com proposta arquitetônica que busca recriar os cenários da época de Cristo, o espetáculo é dividido em três partes, sendo a primeira delas uma passagem do Velho Testamento e as outras duas do Novo Testamento.
Este ano o tema do espetáculo é “A Estrela de Davi”, e abordará a história do jovem guerreiro escolhido por Deus para liderar o seu povo.
A encenação acontece a partir das 20h30, na Barragem Edgard de Souza, localizada na Estrada dos Romeiros, km 40 – portão 2. A entrada é franca, mas quem quiser pode colaborar doando 1 kg de alimento não perecível, que será revertido para as famílias em situação de vulnerabilidade do município.
