A Secretaria de Estado da Saúde (SES), a partir da próxima segunda-feira (10), iniciará em todos os 645 municípios do estado a campanha de imunização contra o vírus da Influenza. Neste ano, diferentemente dos anteriores, não haverá escalonamento do público prioritário, desta forma, mais de 18,4 milhões de paulistas já poderão se imunizar a partir do primeiro dia.
Até o momento, o Ministério da Saúde (MS) já enviou para São Paulo mais de 5 milhões de doses, que já foram distribuídas para todo o estado. A quantidade é o suficiente para iniciar a imunização de toda a população prioritária.
Para Tatiana Lang D’Agostini, diretora do Centro de Vigilância Epidemiológica (CVE) do Estado, a população precisa se conscientizar da importância da vacinação contra a gripe. “Estamos em uma época do ano onde diversos fatores auxiliam na transmissão e contágio por influenza, por isso, é de suma importância que a população compareça aos postos para se imunizar contra a gripe, principalmente crianças e idosos, que são os grupos mais sensíveis à síndrome gripal e que pode evoluir para casos graves.”
A cobertura vacinal de influenza em 2022 foi de 69% em todo o Estado. Nos anos anteriores, a cobertura foi de 55,5% em 2021; 92,5% em 2020 e 89,4% em 2019. A meta é de 90%.

• Idosos acima de 60 anos;
• Crianças de 6 meses a 5 anos de idade;
• Trabalhadores da saúde;
• Gestantes e puérperas;
• Povos e comunidades quilombolas;
• Povos indígenas;

• População privada de liberdade e jovens e adolescentes sob medida socioeducativa.
