O Linense venceu o Oeste por 1 a 0, na manhã deste domingo, no estádio Gilbertão, em Lins, pelo jogo de ida das quartas de final da Série A2 do Campeonato Paulista.
Melhor na partida no primeiro tempo, o Oeste não conseguiu traduzir a superioridade em vantagem no placar e acabou sofrendo o gol. O Elefante de Lins abriu o placar aos 34 minutos. Após cobrança de escanteio, Tássio subiu mais alto que a defesa do Oeste e testou firme para marcar.
No segundo tempo, o Linense conseguiu se segurar mesmo após a expulsão do lateral Almir, que recebeu cartão vermelho após agressão ao atacante Bruno Lopes. O goleiro Dalton, com grandes defesas, segurou o resultado para os donos da casa.
Os dois times se reencontram na quarta-feira, às 18h30, na Arena Barueri, no segundo e decisivo jogo. Em caso de empate no placar agregado dos dois jogos, a decisão da vaga na semifinal será nos pênaltis.
