O projeto de lei que aumenta o salário mínimo estadual foi aprovado, no início da noite de quarta-feira (23), pela Alesp (Assembleia Legislativa do Estado de São Paulo). O PL 97/22, de autoria do Governador João Doria, propõe a revalorização em 10,3% dos pisos salariais mensais dos trabalhadores, instituídos pela Lei nº 12.640 de 11 de julho de 2007.
Com o novo reajuste, o salário mínimo paulista segue maior do que o piso nacional e passa a valer a partir do primeiro dia do mês subsequente à data da publicação da lei. Os trabalhadores que se enquadram na faixa 1 do piso paulista passam a receber R$ 1.284, e os que fazem parte da faixa 2, R$ 1.306. O índice de reajuste teve como base o IPC/FIPE, que atingiu 10,3%.
Também recebeu sinal verde do legislativo o Projeto de Lei Complementar 10/22, que apresenta o reajuste de 10% no abono salarial aos servidores estaduais, quando inferior ao novo salário mínimo paulista.
A iniciativa reforça o compromisso do Governo de SP em fixar o piso salarial do Estado acima do salário mínimo nacional, permitindo, assim, manter a remuneração mínima do setor público com valores aproximados aos praticados pelo setor privado.
A propositura atualiza os valores da Lei Complementar nº 1.344, de 26 de agosto de 2019, referente à concessão de abono salarial, quando a remuneração mensal do servidor for inferior a R$ 1.320 em jornada completa, R$ 990,00 em jornada comum e de R$ 660 em jornada parcial.
Para servidores sujeitos à jornada básica de trabalho ou a jornada específica de trabalho, o abono complementar será calculado com base no valor previsto na jornada completa. As medidas se aplicam nas mesmas bases e condições, aos servidores das autarquias e aos inativos e pensionistas.
